Online Leader Aims to Share and Invest in the American Entrepreneurial Spirit
Chicago-based company OnlineThrive has decided leverage their entrepreneurial spirit by investing it in others by providing Kiva.org with 50% of their profits for the entire first quarter of 2011. OnlineThrive pursue philanthropic interests alongside commercial pursuits by investing in the local community and supporting and encouraging the entrepreneurship. OnlineThrive’s donation will support the growth of entrepreneurship by investing in Kiva’s operations in the United States.

They will not rest until they have revolutionized the fishing industry.” It is this inspiration that led OnlineThrive to the abnormally high donation of 50% of all Q1 profits to Kiva.org. The purpose of the donation is to inspire the entrepreneurs they are investing in by revolutionizing the “traditional” corporate giving ceiling of 10%.
